We want your piece to arrive safely, feel good in your hands and be simple to send back if it is not quite right.
Tracked EU delivery
Orders are packed in recycled protective materials and sent with tracking across the European Union. Allow 3–7 working days after dispatch. Shipping is calculated at checkout, with a flat tracked rate of $9.
Once your order leaves the studio, you will receive an email with the tracking link.
Careful packaging
Ceramics are wrapped individually and cushioned for the journey. If your piece arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with a photo of the packaging and the piece so we can make it right.
Simple returns
Changed your mind? Return unused pieces within 14 days of delivery. Email hello@claycraft.co with your order number and we will share the return address. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Care for your piece
Our tableware is food safe and dishwasher friendly, though hand washing will keep the glaze looking its best. Avoid sudden temperature changes and treat every piece like the small artwork it is.
